810 N High St, Floor 10​ ​ Located on the 10th floor of the Moxy Hotel. Enter through the first floor Hotel lobby on E Hubbard Ave. Locate the self-service elevators found in the first floor lobby. Press the “Mandrake Rooftop” Icon on the elevator screen to send an elevator up to Mandrake Rooftop. ​ There will be a host to greet and assist you with check-in on the ground level on Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday starting at 8 pm. ​ There will be a host to greet and assist you with check-in on the ground level on Friday and Saturday Starting at 4pm.

Party's of 8+ can submit a request for dinner, cocktail and VIP experience reservations under "Book Now" on our home page. Someone from our team will be in touch with you regarding your inquiry within 24-hours. ​ Party's of 8+ must arrive within 20-minutes of your set reservation time in order to be sat. Party's that do not arrive within 20-minutes of your set reservation time, may result in the following: ​ Re-assigned table arrangements that may result in additional wait. Additional wait-time will vary based on availability and existing wait list. Bar seating on a first come, first serve basis.

Cancelations made within 24 hours of your reservation will result in a $50 cancelation fee. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

We warmly welcome families with children. To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all our guests, we kindly request that parents/guardians supervise their children at all times. Please be mindful of noise levels to maintain a comfortable atmosphere for all patrons. For the safety of your little ones, we ask that children remain seated while dining. Our staff is here to assist and make your family's visit enjoyable. ​ Beginning at 10 pm, we kindly ask that patrons who are under the age of 21 vacate the premises. This policy is implemented to maintain a more mature atmosphere during our later hours and ensure an enjoyable experience for all our adult patrons.

There will be a $25 cake cutting fee applied for any cakes/desserts sourced outside of Mandrake, and brought in for your party to enjoy.
